Managing Director
Pete is responsible for the day to day running of Roots Contractor (and sister company The Contractor Compliance Portal). A two decade insurance industry professional who’s established, scaled and sold businesses within the contractor industry. Ex Qdos and Kingsbridge.
Ashleigh Sims
Technical Director
Ashleigh is a full stack developer with over 10 years’ experience developing insurance and compliance systems. Previously a developer at Qdos Contractor, Ashleigh brings extensive technical expertise and sector knowledge to Roots, building systems that make life easier for contractors. Away from development, Ashleigh enjoys all things Star Wars.
Steven Bailey
Marketing & Digital Director
Steven has over 15 years’ experience in marketing and digital transformation. Formerly Head of Marketing at Qdos Contractor (Go Qdos) and co-founder of Contractor Weekly, he brings extensive knowledge of the contractor sector. As a contractor himself, Steven understands first-hand the challenges of working independently and what contractors need from their insurance provider.
